Community members have the opportunity to spearhead our efforts in their rural community. If you are motivated and connected with administrators within your community, we'll have ample opportunities for you to join us in improving and expanding the Lean on Me Network.

First Nations members across Alberta have the opportunity to be directly involved in the potential development and provision of grief resources for their communities. If you are passionate about addressing cultural grief and the losses caused by addictions, abuse, and residential schools, this will be an avenue for you to pursue your passion and effect change for your community.

Those with a unique passion for supporting and advocating for seniors in their communities can become actively involved in programs that aim to provide a safe and effective outlet for our elders to be heard, acknowledged, and helped with their grief journeys.

Our annual galas and TED-style events will require all hands on deck. Individuals who are motivated, organized, and have experience with local venues and suppliers are welcomed to help ensure our biggest fundraising events are at their peak.

Individuals with a passion for the work, but without a clear picture of how their skills will fit into the mix, will have opportunities within the initiative in a supportive role, from aiding in media disbursement, surveying their communities for accurate information on how we can help, and so much more.
